With a limited space to build, vertical housing was the best option for the land on which Azalea was developed.
Posing to meet the client's requirements to generate a viable project, studies were designed at different levels, with pool and rest area on the roof, reception area, and commercial space.
The architecture proposal for this building brought together the Caribbean and modern style and integrated into the urban surroundings of the famous Quinta Avenida. It also has traditional elements that play with the senses inside and outside the building.
